Matthew 25 hosted the middle school MHSAP Career Club last week for a really neat tour! After a delicious brunch in Groundswell, their pay it forward café, we toured their hydroponics set up (pictured), community gardens, and the Corner Store grocery store. THANK YOU Matthew 25 - it was awesome!
What is the MHSAP Career Club? Middle school students at MHSAP have monthly opportunities to explore a variety of careers through on-site visits, career speakers, and more. Students met in September and completed a career interest inventory and based on their responses Mrs. Anderson has been organizing opportunities for students and their parents to explore the careers students indicated were of most interest to them. Students can participate more than one year and explore different careers each year. Parents or other adults are required to attend most events and additional family members are welcome to participate. Would you like to learn more or get your student involved? Although sign up for this year’s Career Club has closed, there are opportunities that are open to all MHSAP Middle School students.
