Do you live outside the Marion school district, but want to enroll in MHSAP for the 2022-23 school year? You can! Simply open enroll by March 1:
• Download and complete the Open Enrollment Application form.
• Mail or Drop off the completed form to: MHSAP, 1400 10th Avenue, Marion, IA 52302
(PLEASE NOTE: Once a student has open enrolled and been approved, they do not need to open enroll every school year.)
You will also need to send a second copy of the open enrollment form
to the superintendent's office of your resident district. All new
students must also have an immunization record, or waiver, on file with
MHSAP before the student can be enrolled.
