Session 1 Classes Begin September 12

Do you have a student registered for a class this year at MHSAP? Session 1 classes are right around the corner! Here are some tips on how you can check registrations, find class room numbers, or even how to unregister if your plans have changed:

CHECK  STUDENT REGISTRATIONS online in two ways:
(First, log in to your account at http://mhsap.marion-isd.org/, then):
1. Click My account button in the upper right
2. Click Parent Resources button
3. Select Student Registration Summary from menu to see all registrations and class room numbers for your family on a printable page. 

OR

1. Click Student Info button in the upper left.
2. Click View (under classes and the student’s name).

IF YOUR PLANS HAVE CHANGED, please unregister your student(s). If your plans will keep your student from attending at least 3 of the 4 week session classes, unregister. We understand when unexpected absences occur due to sickness or emergencies. Please call the office or email the teacher if the student will be absent.

HOW TO UNREGISTER:
1. Click Student Info button in the upper left.
2. Click View (under classes and the student’s name).
3. Click Registered List or Waiting List.
4. Click Unregister by the specific class.

Important ATTENDANCE INFORMATION:  
• Arrive no sooner than 10 minutes before class and pick up no later than 10 minutes after class.
• If students do not attend class the first week without a call or email from the parents, we will make one attempt to contact you via email. If there is no communication, we will assume the student will not be participating and the spot will be filled with a student on the waiting list. Teachers will contact students on the waiting list if space in the class becomes available.
