Last week at MHSAP, Mr. Weaver's biology class did water quality analysis in Indian Creek at Thomas Park in Marion. (The lab supports a yearlong biology course taken at home.) Students checked for phosphates, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, and also captured water insects and checked water clarity.
Enrichment Classes at MHSAP are a wonderful addition to the curriculum that students learn at home. MHSAP offers Enrichment Classes for grades K-12 in a wide variety of subjects to support families in their home education, along with a host of field trips and other activities every month!
