The VMS 8th grade girls had a tough matchup against Mount Vernon earlier this week. They played hard and never quit. The A team lost, 21-22 and the B team won in overtime, 17-15.
The VMS Green Bandana group has been raising awareness about mental health by "Greening Out" one classroom at a time. Classrooms have been decorated with green streamers, lots of encouraging and educational posters, "You Matter" cards, and green ducks.
