The VMS Jazz Band and Show Choir completed their annual tour of the MISD middle, intermediate, and elementary schools today. The performances were entertaining and inspiring! Kudos to our amazing students and their directors, Mrs. Waymire and Mrs. Scherbring! 🎶🎷🥁🎤
Shout out to our VMS student ambassadors for helping with today’s 6th Grade Career Speaker Day! Today, these students welcomed each guest presenter and escorted them to classrooms, where students learned about different careers and the many opportunities they can pursue in the future.

Vernon's Velocity Show Choir is wrapping up another spectacular season tonight at the Marion Masquerade. Kudos to our fantastic students and dedicated VMS choir director, Mrs. Kari Scherbring!
Congratulations to the VMS 5th and 6th Grade Band students who represented Vernon at last weekend's Young Musicians Honor Band, held at Prairie High School. These students rehearsed with talented guest conductors and presented an amazing final concert!
