Give One Get One

Give One, Get One is another example of a  Cooperative Learning Structure.  Students draw or write all that they can about a given topic.  It can be about something they have already learned, or something that they are going to learn.  After a set amount of time, students talk to their peers and share one of their thoughts, and their peer shares in return.  Students then move on to another peer and do the same thing.  This can help them to retrieve information that we have already learned, and/or it can help them to talk about and share new ideas.
