Making safe, positive choices in life and surrounding yourself with quality friends who also make good choices will forever reward you. Green Bandanna coordinator, Mr. Steve Vanderhei booked this phenomenal experience for our students.

Mrs. Lange went to the ICTM conference and is doing a book study with other Math teachers around the state. The book is called Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics. The students are put into different, random groups on each activity. They are only allowed one marker in the group and they are to switch scribes at least every task or every couple minutes. The kids have been doing amazing working together. Not everything is perfect, but Mrs. Lange is so proud of how the kids have embraced these changes and are willing to try different things. #vmsinspire
