VMS 5th and 6th Grade students enjoyed an author visit by Erin Soderberg Downing, who talked about her book, "What Happened Then." Swamp Fox bookstore helped sponsor the event and raised funds to give every 5th and 6th grader a signed copy that will go home with them on Monday!

Due to a power outage impacting some of our building sites, as well as phones, internet connection, and our kitchens, MISD will be dismissing early.

Marion High School will be dismissing immediately. Other buildings will be dismissing in the near future as soon as we get busses back on site.
