The Garden Club and GIC Students received a grant from the MISD Foundation last spring. The money was used to redo the existing garden beds in the monet garden at the high school. The GIC students will begin constructing picnic tables (also funded by the foundation) next week. The tables will be used for an outdoor classroom space.

The Hoco Parade is tomorrow! For those wanting to "catch" some candy or cheer on your Wolves, the route begins at the softball field on 15th St- Hillview- 22nd St- 15th St. and back to MHS! Parade Begins at 6:00 PM.

➡️ Varsity Football Game vs. Davenport North: Friday, September 12 at 7:15pm
➡️ Homecoming Dance: Saturday, September 13, 7:00-10:00pm at Marion High School
Dance tickets must be purchased in advance by Wednesday, September 10. Attendance is by prepaid ticket only.

On Saturday, September 6th, the Marion Sophomores Volleyball Team won the CPU invite defeating Linn Mar in the championship 2-0. #MISDOwnYourFuture #GoWolves!
Due to a power outage impacting some of our building sites, as well as phones, internet connection, and our kitchens, MISD will be dismissing early.
Marion High School will be dismissing immediately. Other buildings will be dismissing in the near future as soon as we get busses back on site.
