Say hello to our new Geometry in Construction class! Students have been working on building a scale model house out of balsa wood and similarity. The class is co-taught by Mr. Fleege (woods) and Mrs. Hansen (math) and is the continuation of our AMPED class.
A big thank you to Modern Piping in Cedar Rapids for inviting our GIC (Geometry in Construction) class on a tour. The kids had a great time!

This crew, plus 3 others not in picture, helped do some back breaking work in the Monet garden yesterday. The Garden Club worked through about 2/3 of the garden. The club will meet again on Wednesday 10/18 in Señora Pickering’s room for MBlock.
