Due to recent legislative changes, MISD families will now be required to complete a form acknowledging receipt of the school handbook for the building(s) their child(ren) attends. Please review the linked handbooks below. After reviewing the handbook, please complete the acknowledgment form embedded on this page.
The embedded form also includes permission for your child(ren) to be administered the Trusted Adult Survey (Grades PK-12) and the SAEBRS Pilot Survey (Starry K-2 and FMI 3-4).
