2nd grade students in Mrs. Cahalan's class have been working with Bee Bots to learn and practice many computer science, math, and literacy standards. Recently, the students were solving problems while working with others to program the Bee Bots to recount and retell stories. Today's story happened to be the fable of Paul Bunyan!
Not only were the students able to retell the fable, but they were able to program and debug their Bee Bot algorithm to follow the storyline and pictures with descriptive detail!
We certainly are growing an interest in computer science!
