This week our Kindness Krew is sponsoring a "Kindness Week" with dress up days and daily challenges. Today's theme was "Kindness Never Gets Old". Students were invited to dress up as an "old" person and write a thank you to a teacher. As you can see, our students really got into the theme! #lesinspire

The VMS 7th and 8th Grade Track and Field teams wrapped up an excellent season last Tuesday evening, with many personal bests achieved. The 8th Grade team earned their third 1st Place team finish of the season. Congratulations on a fantastic season, Wolves!
The VMS Choir Concerts will take place this evening at the new Marion Performing Arts Center. The 5th and 6th Grade Choirs perform at 6:00 pm and the 7th and 8th Grade Choirs perform at 7:00 pm. Good luck to our Vernon musicians!

8th grade girls track athletes show their love for their coach Joyce Kuethe by celebrating a win at last night’s meet. Coach Kuethe, also a retired Marion teacher, wrapped up her final season as coach of 8th grade girls track - a post she has held since 1991. She will be missed!
